		<description>My brother was in a diving accident about 8 months ago, he damaged his spinal cord at levels C5-C6. He is ASIA B incomplete. He can feel his full body but has damaged his motor senses.

He is not happy with his current state, being paralyzed from the shoulders down. He has asked me to look into work being done by Dr Louis Geffner in Ecudor. I have read about him and his work and it seems promising. 

Can any one give me further information on Dr Geffners work and there recommendations.
